  • Top quality leadership team whose financial interests are aligned with ours, or a company for which we can source excellent leadership
  • Technologies disruptive or significant value-add to the existing market
  • Value-added product or service not easily replicable and with validated market demand
  • A business model and strategy with a high probability of execution
  • Clearly defined milestones leading to profitability and/or future financing rounds
  • A well defined path to cash flow breakeven and timeline to exit
  • Either a current footprint in the Mid-Continent Region or a potential impact by locating or relocating the company, or by manufacturing, research, marketing, or distribution within the Region
